A platform for leaders who build legacies

The Global Executive Leadership Mastermind exists to change how senior leaders think, decide, lead and influence, and to connect them with peers who are doing the same.

Our story

GELM is a carefully curated executive mastermind platform. It blends strategic leadership thinking, peer-to-peer intelligence exchange, global exposure, practical insights, executive coaching and experiential learning in one immersive programme.

The series began in Kigali, Rwanda in 2024 and has since travelled to Doha, Qatar in 2025 and Singapore in 2026. Dubai, UAE hosts the next edition in September 2027.

Every host city is chosen on purpose. Each is a living case study in governance, enterprise or nation-building, so participants experience leadership in practice instead of reading about it.
